Terms of Reference

  • Solicit support from stakeholders according to the University’s strategic initiatives;
  • Consult the Council or respective Council Committee(s) on policy matter of the Foundation;
  • Review and decide on the categories and conditions of the Foundation membership, and accept anyone for membership in accordance with the rules set up by the University for such amounts as appropriate;
  • Set up sub-committee(s) and / or working group(s) to support Foundation’s fundraising efforts; and
  • Devise implementation plans of Foundation activities on fundraising and donor stewardship, and to monitor and review the ongoing activities.
