Adverse Weather Arrangements

Condition	Arrangement
	If the Black Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is still in effect at or after 14:00 on the event day, the event will be POSTPONED. If a Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement is issued during the event, the event will close in 2 hours, and participants will be asked to leave.
	If the Red or Amber Rainstorm Warning or the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or No. 3 is in effect, the event will be held as scheduled.

Any changes to the HKUST Foundation Inaugural Gala Dinner will be announced via email, telephone, or this website as soon as possible.
